In 2012, the California Air Resources Board (ARB or the Board) adopted the Advanced Clean Cars (ACC) program, a comprehensive set of standards for new vehicles in California through model year 2025. This summary report and its 13 appendices encompass ARB’s technical analysis for the midterm review of the adopted LEV III GHG and PM emission standards and ZEV requirements.
