Feasibility and Implications of Electric Vehicle (EV) Deployment and Infrastructure Development

The research for this report was commissioned to evaluate the prospects and expectations for short- and long-term deployment of PEVs. The report analyzes the effect of PEVs on the mission and programs of FHWA, other U.S. DOT modal administrations, state DOTs, and local transportation agencies.
